Physical prints transfer ownership upon full payment and delivery, with no additional intellectual property rights granted unless explicitly stated. NFTs confer a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the associated artwork. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise indicated. Crissy is not liable for blockchain-related risks, lost wallet keys, gas fees, or delivery delays after handover to the carrier. These terms are governed by French law, with disputes subject to the courts of Paris. Crissy may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. All artwork, designs, images, texts, and other content on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical print or NFT grants you limited personal use rights only (e.g., private display or non-commercial enjoyment), unless a specific license is explicitly granted in the collection details. No broad commercial, reproduction, derivative, or resale rights are transferred without separate written agreement. NFTs are digital tokens on the blockchain with inherent risks (volatility, wallet security, gas fees); Crissy is not liable for blockchain events, third-party marketplace terms, or loss of access. For phygital editions, redemption of any physical component (if offered) is subject to availability and additional terms.
